Working with David Schweickert III was just a dream from start to finish. David has helped me numerous times. He helped me figure out a complicated transaction in taking cash out to pay off multiple family members, transfer title, and retain my childhood home. He did his research and verified everything, even did a lot of the research for us. He navigated the process, made it easy, explained each step, THEN was able refi again and get us an even better rate! I’ve used banks in the past, they cannot leverage the market the way an independent broker can. Also, what I found out after the fact, brokers are required by law to disclose all fees, banks are not. My no cost refi with a BBig bank, was actually not a no cost, they didn’t disclose everything they made on the back end... in contrast, a broker has to disclose everything. You really see all their fees. David was 100% honest about everything and delivered on everything he promised.
